o           Managed the identification and redesign of internal and external process dependencies across all 5 SFS departments.

·   Responsible for the analysis and design of custom Oracle database / forms solutions to address cross-functional business problems, and managed the subsequent development, testing, implementation and maintenance of these projects.

o           Championed and designed metrics and a tool to quantify the profitability of vendor relationships.

o           Identified the root causes of Accounts Payable bottlenecks and implemented a technological solution.

o           Responsible for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for numerous additional projects.
